Intro To Mountain Biking Beginner Clinics - New for 2024
This course is an introduction to mountain biking focusing on the fundamental skills, designed to keep you safe and get you out on the trails having fun.
The clinic will cover basic bike operations, safe braking, gearing, and what to consider before heading out on the trails. We will also cover bike form/positioning, and bike basic maneuvers. We will then go into the forest and practice what we are learning on a variety of gravel road and trails.
You will learn on your own bike, if you need a bike we can refer you to places to rent.
This course is taught by PMBIA Certified Instructors.
Meeting Location: Marshall, NC.
