Any guest who is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, has been exposed to a person diagnosed with COVID-19, or is personally diagnosed with COVID-19 should refrain from coming to our location and reschedule for another date, or ask for a trip voucher or refund. We would be delighted to host you another time.
Currently, we are going by our NC State Standards. Their main recommendations are Get vaccinated, and boosted when eligible, Wear a mask when needed and practice social distancing in public. However, we do ask if you are sick or have been recently exposed to a sick person that you are mindful of spreading COVID to other guests and refrain from coming.
Be advised, conditions can change rapidly. Check your confirmation letter for any special/updated COVID-related instructions.
If you have to change your plans because of symptoms of or exposure to COVID, please let us know as soon as possible, because we want to encourage you to stay home and get better. Our cancellation policy is 72-hours before your trip. If you have any questions, please give us a call.
Q: Do I need to wear a face covering?
No. You only need to wear a mask if you feel you need to for your own reasons or for your family.
Q: Do I need to come sooner than the usual 30 minutes before my trip time to allow for extra precautions?
No. We don’t anticipate needing more than 30 minutes (per usual), but please make sure you do arrive on time. Any less than 30 minutes before trip departure may mean we do not have enough time to accommodate you on your trip. Also, doing your waiver digitally ahead of time is important now more than ever, for time and social distancing reasons.
Q: Can I come indoors to the store, to change clothes, or to use the bathroom?
Q: Will you have pictures available?
Yes. We have photographers on most trips from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Q: Will I be put on a trip with strangers?
Yes. Our trips are open to all. If you have special needs for accommodations, please call us and we will discuss the best options.
